We are going to leave our TT in south carolina starting mid january in long term storage for around 11-12 months.Any suggestions on what we should do.
we will winterize it and cover the AC unit and the tires but what about next summers humidity?? or any thing else we should be concerned with.

I'd be sure you have several gallons of antifreeze in the black and gray tanks. Never a good idea to leave holding tanks dry for any period of time.

There was a great list just the other day in a post with the subject "update on leaving our FW on Florida coast for 8 months". I'm sure they had to deal with humidity. A good place to start, anyway.

What are you doing with the batteries? If possible, take them with you. If not the two options are to charge fully and then disconnect or leave them connected to a smart, three stage charger.

If you're concerned about humidity and mold growth etc.:
Air circulation is the best defense against such humidity damage, which can happen in winter as well as summer... "cracking" your vents and even your windows achieves good passive circulation!

Here is what I would do:
1: Check if the storage area has a rodent issue. If so, consider the five gallon bucket traps (there are articles on making these) to deal with the pests.
2: Winterize it as above. Make sure there is pink stuff in the toilet and in the sink/shower traps.
3: Buckets of Damp-Rid help out immensely. I always have some type of dehumification system in the RV, be it an active dehumidifier, Damp-Rid calcium chloride buckets, or "renewable" passive Eva-Dry dehumidifiers. Since Damp-Rid is caustic, i'd put the bucket inside another container like a plastic tub or five gallon bucket just so a spill doesn't get onto RV surfaces. One bucket goes in the bedroom, one in the bathroom, one in the closet, and two in the main area.
4: Leave your refrigerator door ajar. If you have a Dometic, use the airing position cards. Norcolds have a switch on the handle that can latch the refer in a semi-open position. This will ensure no mildew forms inside. I also use a small Damp-Rid package nestled in a plastic tub in both refrigerator compartments to ensure that it will be bone dry in there.
5: Depending on how secure the storage facility is, consider pulling the television and other valuable items out of the coach and storage compartments. Also, it doesn't hurt to leave the compartments latched but unlocked (keep the coach locked, of course), to minimize damage by two-legged "foragers" with long screwdrivers.
If you can, every couple months, consider changing out the Damp-Rid in the RV just to keep it fresh. This will ensure it stays dry enough to keep mold/mildew at bay.

Went to campers world the damp rid only last for two months with our re loading it in the tub
