anyone ever read the thousands of bad reports on chevys by ford drivers and bad reports on fords by chevy drivers?
The complaint about the controll/pump deal I went through but it was covered under their prorate warrenty so my unit was three years old and they sent me a complete new wireless controll and pump system for 109.00$ shipping and tax included.Oh and the bed works great and sleeps well.I added the new costco gelfoam mattress cover also

Ill just repeat what I said earlier, the King dual chamber Sleep number bed we've had for close to 20 years in the house has NEVER had any issues(no mold, no losing of air, no problem with pump or connections, have never replaced one item)...keeping in mind, Im not a light-weight either, so this bed as well as the one in the RV have had its share of abuse.
Ive read all the consumer report horror stories yet we have never experienced any of them and thats with every night sleeping on one(house or RV). My endorcement stems from a satisfied end product consumer...nothing more.

Had one ... returned it. It is just a big air bag prone to problems.
