Not familiar at all with the KZ Stoneridge, but if this series is the replacement for the Escalade, then it is a good unit. Those KZ Escalade's were very nice, and well built fivers.
I agree with previous posters, the Escalades were heavy, and if StoneRidge is a replacement in quality level, then it is bound to be heavy, too much so for an F 250.

They advertised that the Stoneridges are lighter than the others and are 250/2500 towable with a dry weight of 10,000# on SOME models.?? I have not looked into it so that is just from memory....

All of the other posts on here seem to be based off opinions. I will start by saying my post is based off facts. I have been living in a KZ stoneridge 36RK, the exact unit you were asking about, for a year now.
The 36RK is a very well built fiver. It is on the heavy side, but with the rear kitchen and most storage to the rear of the unit, the pin weigt is not too terribly bad. The unit has a 14K lb capacity. The few problems we have had, have been minor and easily fixed by myself. This is not due to the company not standing behind thier product. It was due to we live fulltime in ours and did not want to drop it off at a dealer to be fixed. It is well put together and is a higher end finish. The bathroom is huge and is a sepearte room, a feature we had to have. We hate the fivers with the shower in the bedroom. We also installed a spledide washer/dryer combo.
We got the bigger fridge, upgraded insulation and dual pane windows, power package that includes auto leveling system, had shelves installed instead of the useless winerack in the livingroom and opted for storage instead of the outdoor kitchen.
We are very happy with our purchase and can say that the unit has held up to a year of fulltiming. KZ is very easy to work with and only had one issue where they refered me to the manufacturer of the part that broke (the HW heater thermostat went out and I had to contact the HW heater manufacturer to order the part).
I would recommend the stoneridge....

At the risk of being too nosy, can I ask what your unit cost? We are looking at the KZ products on line and will be traveling to an RV show in Louisville.
