I would put away:
The water hose
The sewer hose
The power cord
because some jerk could turn on/open/steal.
If you have covers over ceiling vents I would crack a couple open just to let fresh air flow.
And have you discussed leaving your rig 'unattended' with the CG management/staff?

Mr Old Biscuit... Thanks.
I have not discussed with RV MGMT. Will do... No cell phone connections in the middle of the ocean...
Power CORD...ummm was going to leave hooked up..So we would not wear down batteries...
Disconnecting all hoses, works for me.
Turn of house and Chassis batteries... ???

We set a mouse trap or two by the gas/brake pedals...they seem to be able to come in there from time to time.
I'd put a little ant bait/killer ( Green light) in a small lid (like a water bottle lid) and set it on the kitchen counter. I keep some there all the time and I have another small lid with ant bait under the sink.
If I put up a little defense, it seems to pay off for me.

That's pretty much what we do when we leave our mh at our seasonal . The only other things I do are pull the blinds down, leave the vents open (under the MaxxAir's) and pull the steps in.

I have not discussed with RV MGMT. Will do...they know we are leaving for a wk on a cruise, but did not offer to keep an eye out.. No cell phone connections in the middle of the ocean...

Power cord........
If you have items in fridge I would leave it plugged in and batteries on so fridge stays cold BUT then there is the concern with 'fridge fires'
If concerned.....empty fridge/freezer.
Unplug/turn off propane/turn off battery disconnects.
Leave key to access rig with MGMT....just in case
Enjoy cruise......
