2011 Thor Windsport 32d. No problems here, and my coach shares a lot of the same stuff the ace has.

I just purchased a 2012 Thor 37 DT. The factory rep at the show was great. Camping World of Churchville NY was horable.

Just traded our 37 foot Infinity, made by Thor. Took us all over the US and part of Canada. Very reliable coach in my opinion. V-10 engine gave no problems. Only major work we had done was A/C and slide motors.

My wife and I love our Thor Motor Coach A.C.E. and Thor Motor Coach has been awesome. We are on our 3rd Damon/Thor motorhome about to purchase a 4th next week. Daybreak, Intruder, ACE, and soon the Palazzo. We have had excellent support so far, they have to be the best in the industry. I don't know any other motorhome manufactures that offer 24 hour tech support or even contact you after you purchase. When we purchased our ACE a year ago they just called us to ensure everything was going well and asked about the dealership, when I purchased my wife's BMW the BMW didn't call us. Apparently after the purchase they assign you support concierge they you can call on at the factory, they really have made owner experience and after sale support a big focus once they merged 4 Winds and Damon. I've been a proud supporter of Damon when they were just the small new kid in the motorhome market. I've seen them grow up and now they are the top dog. They survived the economic down turn so they must been handling there books well too. I believe they have always been a great company offering a lot for your money, I think they did make a few bad coaches in the past but I'm glad to see they recognized it and killed the brand while supporting the owners.

As for they ACE, we have only had the 29.1 for a year now. It's been a fantastic coach. It's the only one I could ever get my wife to drive. It was small enough to go anywhere and it was easy to drive. I personally wish we had found the 29.2 floor plan but it was not around at the time. We really loved all the small features of this coach. Shower size has always been important to us and the bow out in the hotel style curtain is really nice. The kids fight over the drop down bunk, we love all the storage near the entry, every time we spill something we love the lino under the table. My wife and dogs like the little window on the passenger side where to can see the curb, plus it keeps the dogs off the dash. It had lots of storage in the huge stow in the rear. I love that I could mount brackets to the wall to hang my ladder. My only real complaint it that I wish there was an option for LED interior lights. I think all motorhome could greatly extent the house batteries doing this. The 29.2 is a more open floor plan I would look there first.

Here's our ACE:

I just check out Thor's website they have a video of the 29.2: Thor ACE 29.2 Video

We decided to go to a rear diesel so we are looking at the Palazzo (Link) so I have taken this week off to clean out the ACE before taking it back to the dealership. Good Luck, I'm sure you'll be very happy...

we bought the 2012 Thor (Damon) 37 KT Challenger with the Ford V-10. Love it. Best part, after going to two RV shows, including the one last week here in Tampa, we could not find another brand or model we liked more than ours. I am a little concerned about towing my 07 GMC PU when we head to the southwest and Rocky's in 2013. We will spend about 8 months on the road this year, this summer spending two months in NH (grandkids) and then heading to Michigan and beyond. Looking forward to Fancy Gap (7% grade) when we head north. Hope to be full time soon as home prices go back up, if I live that long. Life is for the living!

I have a 2012 Thor Challenger, We are going through our little problems now. Shower wall isn't glued to the studs/wall, floor linoleum not glued to floor, overhead cabinet door near driver side installed lopsided, dinet slide rattles- shakes when driving.
Good floor plan, I should have stayed with my fleetwood bounder, not one problem in 4 years

We have an ACE and are loving it. PM with any questions. And like the others, have experienced great customer service and feel the quality is great for the price.
