Wife and I are looking at one tomorrow 1-21-12, it looks great on the web site, also looking at 3070RL, whatever is chosen, we think they are beautiful, enjoy your new fifth wheel and dont look back, you will be happy with it, Wolf3gang.

Wife & I shopped over 4 months - toured 4 factories in Northern Indiana and was most impressed overall with the Big Horn construction and assembly - a number of little things that could easily be debatable, but this was our final decision and are very happy with the Big Horn.. The unit we ordered was not the lowest price of the four as we bought on our evaluation of build quality. Jayco Pinnacle was a very close second, so close we sat on the fence for a week or more, but as I said - we were more impressed with the Big Horn factory overall assembly and construction. "After" we decided on what we wanted, options, extras, off-sheet items, etc... we then began shopping dealers from Indiana to Florida. Got the trade-in value for our MH over the phone as well. Actually made the down payment and placed the order before we ever met the dealer in person. Moral = take your time, get what you want based on your criteria and don't look back .........

well i will give you some more info on it... It seems from my research that the MSRP on this unit is around $81,000+ at most places i googled.

This is a New unit. Here in Canada people are trying to get 67,000 for it and you could probably get them to budge a few grand but not significant enough to match our price limit.

Some dealers here i talked to said it was very unlikely for anyone to get 25% below MSRP... don't know how true that is but they were not very willing to budge too much.

What i am more concerned about is finding out what the quality is like and if i am getting a good unit? This is the first for me so i have been trying to do as much research as i can from a computer.

Babs another poster mentioned Holman RV, the 2012 3610RE is under $60,000.00 at that dealer. I do not know how the difference works in exchange rates and such, but if you do it may well help you to negotiate a better deal.
I personally have used Holmans to get a local dealer to match his price. I at one time was going to buy an Alpine.

Ooo - just went to our local RV show here and saw the Bighorn 3610RE - WOW! Super nice. I'm impressed and we already own a Bighorn. This one had the full length shower with seat. Nice.

The 3610RE is a great floorplan. The kitchen storage and pantry is incredible.

We came very close to buying one before we found our "perfect floorplan".

Went from a Reese to a 20k Curt, I like the positive lock on it.

If you mean the Holland Binkley type of head, there are many hitches with that out there including the Hensley TrailerSaver.
