For me, it just gives me more room to move around. I can bend over and pick up the soap when I drop it and not put my butt against the door. Our shower isn't that large...could be because our motorhome is no where near $200k!!

We love the big shower and 10 gal water heater in our Bounder and as long as we have full hook ups or just a weekend it gets used. The only time I use the camp restroom is after spicy food, beer/beans to save an argument.

Why do you care?

I love our shower in our 31ft travel trailer. Almost too funny, seeing all the people step out of their $200K class A to use campground showers in the mornings, when we all have full hookups

OK - Because it is their RV and that is the way they like use it, just the same as you use yours the way you like
Now perhaps you can answer a question for me:
Why do so many people care how others choose to do things, when it has no effect on them?

1. Someone else gets to clean the shower afterwards.
2. Six gallons is not a lot of hot water.
3. More room in the CG shower.
4. If full hook ups are not available, saving space in the gray tank.
5. I actually met a family in a TT that have never had water either in the tank or city supplied.
6. If camping with a large party the CG shower is more private.
As for myself, spent 23 years using community showers on ships and in the barracks, I like mine.

Maybe he doesn't really "care" but would like to know in case there is a good reason that he never thought of.

I like using my own, but will use a campground shower on occasion if it is a nice one. It's nice to indulge myself with a long shower.
also, if we've been boondocking and conserving water, it's nice to not worry about saving water.

Because we want to. It gives others something to talk about and we feel it gives their minds a good workout.
We really like it when they see DW and I both come out of the same shower.

I don't care that so many MH'rs use the CG showers. But like the op, I've wondered the same thing a time or two. Nothing more than curiosity. Let's not demonize a poster for an innocent question.

Being a very private person, I enjoy the shower in our Dynasty, whether boondocking or fully hooked up. My wife on the other hand has never used it. She claims it a medical reason - says her legs are too long to move around.
