I do...and so do all the guy's I know personally. Even many of the most fervent 6.7 owners over at FTE now run some type of lubricity improver. The Ford PM22A is popular but Optilube comes up a lot. Powerservice has also been mentioned. If anyone is considering a fuel additive, make sure it does not "emulsify" water within the fuel system. Emulsified water will pass through the filter and into the HPF system...and we all know what Ford will do if they think they can say that this happened...

I have a 2008 F350 and use Ford Cetane Booster every fill up since new. If you look over at FTE it is recommended to use some sort of fuel additive each time.

Definitely use additive. Prefer Standoyne, but since I can't find it in this small town I'm using Power Service. I was not getting very good mileage using Fords additive.

Use it in every tank. Too many horror stories out there about lubricity starved HPFP's committing suicide.

It may interest some to look at this study of how much lubrication is added to diesel fuel by various additives. Sadly, the Ford PM-22-A is not on this list, I wonder how it would do????

I use Power Services white bottle most all year round(especially winter). Grey bottle when I can't find the white. It's been in my '01 Excursion since new as well as my '10 F350.
