I just enjoy it so much more than Pro Football because for the most part, the players are mostly 18,19, & 20 year old kids. Also, my favorite team T.O.S.U. has their 1st. game on Sept. 1st. and I'm very curious how different they'll play under coach Urban Meyer. He has already made a hugh difference! Prior to his hire, the "Buckeyes" 2012 recruiting class was ranked #25 in the country and now both scout.com & rivals.com have the "Buckeyes" ranked #3. However, time will tell, but I'm predicting the "Buckeyes" will either be 9 - 3 or 10 - 2 in 2012. Ok, I've told you about my favorite football team, so tell us something about yours! Bags.
I can not wait for my Montana State Bobcats to take the feild next Sep. We had a good year with making it to the third round in the FCS playoffs. My wifes dad played on the 1976 national champ team and her older brother played for them also. But the new FCS champs North Dakota State joined Big Sky Conf so we get to play them and the U. of Montana every year so it will not be easy to win our third conf. championship in a row. My wifes little brother played for Dickenson State an NAIA school in North Dakota so it is fun to keep up with them also.
Well Bags, I'm sure you know who my favorite team is. It's way to early to come up with any predictions for them, for what they've been thru here the past few months. With the new staff coming in and the recruiting to get back on track it's gonna be a while before they can be competitive again. I hope for them sooner then later but only time will tell. That is a great University that was just handed a big blow but I'm sure they'll bounce back.

I, too, prefer college to the pros. There's a difference playing for the love of the game vs. the love of the money. I know the players get free tuition, room and board, but its just a different atmosphere. I love Univ. of Cinti. because that's my Alma Mater, but I have several other favorites. Ohio State, 'Bama, and Michigan State, to name a few. Also a couple I won't watch for very petty reasons. Boise State for their ugly field, and Michigan for their ugly helmets. Told you they were petty reasons.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

I can agree with that. There are still pro players that are in it for the love though. Then there are the college players that only sees the $$$ signs in their future and only care about themselves. Two first names that come to my mind are Cam Newton and RG3. The opposite of those two are names like Andy Dalton and Tim Tebow
