We have used an RV park along Hwy 35 on the way from Texas to Minneapolis. It was an easy on/off but now we don't remember name or location. It had the following, a regular Mobile Home Park included in site. In additin thee were some nice permanent RV sites. There was a large powerline running through park and this was used as dog walking site. When you entered the site you turned left went up a slight incline to the registration office. There was an outdoor swimming pool right in front of registration office. There was a laundry/shower space and maintenace bldg near the power line.
We would like to use it again...as we are going to Texas from Minneapolis again in March. Hope somebody knows this one.....

Can't place that one but we have overnighted at Arkedelphia at a camp ground just off I35. Can you narrow down the area you expect to be in?

Can you narrow it down to a state, or about how far you drive in a day and how many days out from Minneapolis or wherever you started from in Texas? That's 900 miles from the Texas border to Minneapolis.

Sounds like I-35 park in Waco, or the one in San Marcos. But then again, many have what you described.

I am not sure what part of the trip you are seeking overnights but I can offer Terrible's Casino and RV park in Iowa which is a days ride from MSP. Not sure of exit but you can google it.You can not miss from I35.

Definitely need a little more info to narrow it down. I-35 is 470 miles from the OK border to Laredo. I assume it was right on the interstate?

Might I suggest you take a trip and find it - via Google Earth.

As broad an area as that you are asking about, a trip down I-35 on Google Earth may be the only way to at least narrow down what you are looking for.

Google Earth has good enough resolution to be able to see some of the descriptive items you said were located in the RV park.

Thanks for some good ideas. We always use Terribles Casino. It is perfect for the first overnight. Time to remember what is forgotten etc.
And the Google Earth suggestion is great. I think I will put hubby on that project.
And to think we stayed two times at this park and don't have it marked down anywhere.
If Google Earth finds it I will re-post in order to alleviate the suspension.
