I purchased a TPS system from TST about 1 1/2 years ago. It worked fine for the first 6 months and then wouldn't sense the front toad vehicle tires. I tried everything to remedy the problem. Anyway, while at Quartzsite I visited their booth and explained the situation. They ended up giving me a new system, including all new sensors. It was also the newer system, that allows the owner to change the batteries in the sensors. They also said if I had any problems, that they would be at a show near my home in April and would come to my motorhome at the show, something they couldn't do at Quartzsite due to the volumne of customers, which I completely understand. Here's a company that obviously stands behind their product. I certainly would recommend them, great service! Something that doesn't seem to happen to much in this day and age.

I have the TST system and you cannot beat their customer service. They go out of their way to make sure their customer's are happy. Great company..

You're lucky you had TST with good customer service and not Pressure Pro with their lousy CS. I have a set of PP that has not worked right since it was 8 months old. They said it was fixed the 1st time, then when it broke again, still within the warranty, they just walked away and left me with a system that may or may not work, depending on its mood that day. Pressure Pro is pure junk, IMO.

My Pressure Pro system has been flawless since purchasing it in 2005. Has always worked great except for 1 original sensor that did not work right out of the box but was replaced without hesitation. I am still using the original batteries and never remove them even when sitting for long period of time. TST may be a great system, never used them but Pressure Pro has been great for me plus it is manufactured in the good old USA.

I too had a 510 system that I had problems with. TST worked with me on every problem and finally Dan Covington asked me if I would accept a 507 system to replace my older system. I did and have had ZERO problems since. I don't know of too many other company's (other then Fantastic Fan) that have that kind of Customer Service! The two other folks I had conversations with (Abby & Matt) were just as obliging as Dan was also. Great company and a really good product.

I ordered a set 2 weeks ago. When I got them I realized I had made a mistake and had ordered 510's instead of 507's with the replaceable batteries.
I called TST and explained my problem. Without hesitation she (wish I had her name) said I'll send the 507's and a shipping label to return the 510's. I got the 507's today and the 510's will go back tomorrow. NO extra charge, they paid the extra shipping. I have not had service like that in years....
