In my last trailer i went to the hardware store and bought a curved curtain rod, used half of it and adapted it to where the old curtain was. Worked great, lots more room.

You guys touting the Extend-a-Shower just saved me lots of money.
This item looks like it will solve one of the two complaints I have with my Triple E, Class C motorhome.
Now....does anybody know how to install a bedroom slideout?
Oh well....one out of two ain't bad.
Darn...I love this forum.

Want to go the extend a shower route but our Jayco came with the curtain installed to a track in the ceiling. My husband worries about installing a new rod into the very thin RV walls in our bathroom without something stable/wall stud. Any suggestions or clues on how you made it work?

There are lots of options for installing into those thin, flimsy walls. Do a search for "wall anchors". One of the screws in my shower rod install needed an anchor.

I'm gonna give the Extenda Shower Rod thingy a try. Just a quick question; are the shower curtain hooks included or do you need to get them separately? Couldn't tell for sure from the info on CW site. Looks like they might be included but I want to make sure.

The shower rod installs just like any other shower rod. Two screws on each end. And no curtain hooks.

The CG was near a CW this weekend so...shopping we went
Bought: the curtain rod shown above(Extend-A-Shower: $29); a second X-Chock (we bought one last year to try as the yellow version or the lever type did not work well; and a fastaway flip jack foot.
Installed the rod and X-Chock. Love the added room in the shower! I already have the Oxygenics shower head.
The Flip jack inside instructions says not to use on any grade greater than 3% (side-side or front-rear) and I would have to drill a 1/2" hole in the jack tube (the foot hole is too small and not in the right spot). Some CGs we visit are in excess of 3% so it went back to CW
