My Thetford 34425 toilet won't run water without opening the trap which let's the water out. It used to fill by slightly depressing the foot control to fill the bowl, but no longer. My spray has never worked (for me). Thetford said that was normal when using the water pump because of low pressure, but I'm on city now and still doesn't work. Guess I could just keep a bucket full of water nearby. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Try lifting the pedal instead.

Sounds like a water module that needs replacing. Probably can repair the module that is on there now by simply reaming out the ports (usually a standard Phillips screw driver is about the right size for the job) and re=install the module. Sometimes the plastic deforms and partially blocks off the water flow.

Me thinks you should look at a good parts breakdown sheet from one of the large internet places and order the new replacements parts, or check the local dealership and see if they have the parts.

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had to kill because they pissed me off.

You can buy the kits at almost any rv parts store. Not a big job.

Mine is an Aqua Magic and the instructions say to depress half way to fill. That's the way it used to work. Seems there should be some way to adjust the pedal.
PS: found out that the spray nozzle only works when flushing the toilet.

Oops never seen one that works that way. Sorry for my ignorance.
