Sounds like the guy had a bad attitude. She simply applied an attitude adjustment

Giving a false name makes you automatically suspect. People who lie are usually wanted. She acted appropriately in my opinion.

Kennyg, I am all for that one! But as a mail carrier I hate it when people say there dog will not bite, ya right, if I had a dollar for every time I heard that one and got bit or nipped at I would be rich and have retired already. The only dogs I trust are stuffed or ceramic.

Did I miss it? Didn't see anything about his not cleaning up after the dogs...just walking them off leash. I'm with you, how did she know he gave a false name?

The giving the false name was mentioned several times in the article. But she didn't know it was false until her 'truth serum stun gun' made him wise up.
She acted appropriately in my opinion.
