Thank you everyone for your feedback!

BTW, what's PDI?

Pre Delivery Inspection.
Very important. This is the consumers best chance to check their RV for defects. The dealer does not explain the process in those terms.

During the PDI inspect everthing. Every drawer, latch , switch, outlet, faucet, toilet seam, connection etc. etc. Take your time check every item in every room. Check dump valves, inspect roof, inspect under carriage.
It will be time consuming, but check everything assume nothing works unitl you have verified it.
This is not an Open Range issue but it applies to all makes and models of RV's.
Do not accept RV until it passes the PDI.

Tom and Angie, We have been over 13,000 miles in ours without complaints. At first we did have a problem as our unit was only the 162 unit they built. Took it back to the factory and they rectified the problems in a day. Great people to work with. We purchased ours off a dealers lot so a couple of things were not on it. I would get dual pane windows and heat pumps instead of just straight AC. I would definately buy another one. Good Luck and Happy Camping.

we are having problems with our Open Range Roamer can you assist us on who we need to talk to so that we can get everything resolved cause the management in the service and warranty department is not allowing us any information on who is above them. We have been trying to contact Randy Graber so that maybe he could assist us but no one is wanting to give us his info. I know he has helped other people on this forum in the past. Thank You

They were my #1 choice and we would have gotten one if the length law wasn't as it is. We would be tandem towing and way over the 65' length. Even towing the shortest model.

They are very heavy as they have many upgraded finishes that give it a more house-like feel. They are beautiful units.

The dealer closest to us has stopped selling them. As I understand it, they weren't selling very well in the area because of the price. They are pricey. But, I think that the quality speaks for itself.
