I have a Work Camp position available beginning in March in exchange for Rent and Utilities including cable. I would need someone to do check in of pull through guests as well as check out of full time guests, collecting fees and rents, cleaning of 2 bathrooms and maintaining cleanliness of laundry room and office. Update on Face book and Twitter occasionally, minimum website updating (wysiwyg program), End of the Month Balancing including reading of electrical meters for full time employees. Computer skills are required.
Hours would be less than 5 hours per week on average. No mechanical or electrical maintenance required.
Job is perfect for retired couple. The Mount Vernon Area is a historical area with 3 lakes around the park to fish, boat and swim in, as well as shopping and other recreational parks near by.
