Can anyone recommend a good vendor for this product? The mirrors on both the drivers and passengers side need to replaced. The chrome is pitting and peeling off. I'd prefer to not use chrome plated again but rather black. The entire units need to be replaced, mirror, arm and mounting bracket. Any help is appreciated.

Why not try one of the many RV salvage yards?

Tape the glass with electrician tape -have them sand blasted and powder coated-Electrician tape lets the sand bounce off without hurting glass
be a lot cheaper than new ones and powder coating will probably outlast the MH-Rich

VelVac has a web site where you can order a replacement mirror and bracket based on make, model and year of MH. I replaced just the upper mirror portion a couple years ago (no bracket). I bought the upper part (mirrors and frame) from Ryder Fleet Products for about $150 shipped to my door.
