got the gas lines all run and hooked up today...leak tested and tested all appliances.fridge,stove and furnace work good.finished running water lines and got tank insulated and installed.ready to install new carpet pad and carpet now.installing plush and cushy carpet.got a real good deal on remnants so carpet and pad for less than 25 bucks.

got carpet installed w/ 6lb pad under it,just need to do the baseboard trim:




of course now I'm shoeless when in camper working until i put runner down.

I can"t tell from the pics. It that an 8 foot camper? Do you know the weight?

yes it is an 8 ft.has 7ft inside roof height when raised.
It weighed just a bit over 1000lbs before rebuild(was a lot of water/rot weight).

got the lower doors on and over head lighting installed and powered.Picked up a new battery yesterday,gonna get another one just like it thursday(walmart for 69.00 each).I made the front lower opening to bed larger so battery easier to place and hook up or maybe a revolving shelf of sort like a lazy susan.:

i put in carpet for those colder fall and early spring outings,don't have such a cold floor.Plus it's much softer on bare feet.
