Thanks everyone for the input. We are about a a year or so away from full timing.
Just using our lead in time to do our homework. We will do some work camping to benefit our life style. can't wait to get started!

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem.
Some sites like RVJobline.com have a Resume Builder so it walks you through the resume process. It also sends the resume as a web page to any open positions which is great as compiling an email, attaching docs (which might not be compatible on the employers side e.g Employer might not have lastest Word version so cannot open docs) gets tedious. I like the one click send approach
