We are upgrading from a Kodiak Hybrid to a TT. We are looking at a new model that we have never heard of before or ever seen. I have a brochure and I love what I see there. It is a Z1 made by CrossRoads. The model # is ZT301BH. It is a quad bunk house which is what we are looking for with a queen in the front. It is the only mnodel that we have found with the storage that I am looking for both on the inside and outside of the TT. I was just wondering if anyone out there has ever heard of this and what the thoughts where on this? You can check it out on www.crossroadsrv.com. Travel trailers, Z1 then the model #ZT301BH.
Thanks for your time and help.
We started with a pop up for a year, then went to a hybrid for 2 years but with my back and leg issues, I need a full TT and I want this to be our last purchase for a long time, I am tired of buying campers....lol Thanks again!

It's a Forest River product, just one of their many lines.

The photos look good. After looking at a couple ads online my first impressions: prices seem too low for a 30 ft TT (quality?). Tanks would be a deal breaker for me. Only 26 gal each for both black and gray. For a family, they would use up fast unless you always camp with full hkups. Also, many TT of that length will have 2 outside doors. Best of luck searching.

You can compare Crossroads against other fine manufacturers on this web site where owners rate their own RVs. As I recall Crossroads has a higher than average rating. I wasn't aware it was a Forest River product though. http://www.rv-coach.com/RV/manufacturers/survey/rate_your_rv_results.html

The Z1 is a new off-shoot of the zinger that has been around for a little while. I've seen some at the shows and they look nice. I have the zinger and love it. It has had a couple of little things fixed under warranty. Crossroads offers a 2 year warranty and has really good customer service. The same is not always said about the dealerships. This is why most crossroads owners know Randy Mischler (from crossroads) name and number. If there is ever a problem, he is very helpful in getting it resolved. There are lots of happy crossroads owners out there. Come on over to the Crossroads owners forums and check it out.

If the holding tanks are only 26 gals as stated by a previous poster you will use that up in 1 day with a family. Just something to consider.

CrossRoads is an independently operated subsidiary of Thor, not FR, just so you know.
