Had a club member go out Wednesday night through Friday. He's raced motorcycles for 30+ years everywhere in the desert and he said this was the most unbelievable thing he'd ever seen. He camped out along the perimeter and said that wasn't too bad but the dust Thursday was incredible as there was no wind.

Yes, back in the day the Marine Corp used the lake bed as a bombing range.
