We have had a Keystone (VR1) for several years now. Had some small issues at the beginning, but Keystone jumped right on them and fixed everything under warranty.

As far as the unit goes, it fits our needs well, the workmanship is typical as you would find in most moderately priced units, but as a whole not bad.

In summary, I should say that Keystone is no better or worse than any of the others.

PS We looked at the hideout last month at the INDY RV show.........Very nice unit.

You can compare Keystone to other fine manufacturers on this web site where owners rate their own RVs. http://www.rv-coach.com/RV/manufacturers/survey/rate_your_rv_results.html As I recall they're rated at least average or a little higher. brands with a sufficient number of responses will always be the more accurate.

I have owned a Keystone Hornet for 6+ years and it has been a good unit. Not fancy but well made.

I am on my 2nd Keystone, just picked up a new Sprinter. I have had no complaints and 1 warranty issue with my first TT but it was fixed with no complaints.
