I agree. I wouldn't pay it. Just like auto dealers who want to charge for dealers prep. Ain't going to happen to me. I've walked before and I won't hesitate to do it again.

If they want to make a sale, then they need to show you everything you ask for! Did you check out other dealerships too? I never bought new, but I just bought a used unit and tinkered with everything on 2 different TTs I was interested in. That is not an unreasonable request. good luck
