Did you know.....the very first college football game I ever attended was the Florida State Seminoles at the University of Miami in the Orange Bowl? October, 1971. FSU lost.  We lived about eight blocks from the Orange Bowl in the heart of Little Havana.
On that day, I became a Florida State Seminole fan. That stupid Miami fight song irked me.

Kurt, might as well give it up, he is hopeless.
By the way, Linda and I woke up this morning at the Flying J in Texarkana. Took the pups for a walk, and saw our "neighbor".

Well, we made it to Scenic View RV park and marina early this afternoon. Linda and I stayed here in 2006 and always wanted to come back to see the campground and visit with the owners, Kim and Jim Sly. You can see why we enjoy this place:
81 and sunny here. Life is good!
P.S. yes, that's Linda and the pups over in the grass
