I can do up to 400 miles in a day if the Interstate traffic is great and the wind is not a factor. On days with a 30 mile/hour cross wind 200 miles is about the limit.
Going to Disney in Ft WIlderness from Long Island, NY, I did push it down the highway and did a 500 mile day. Thats a big day and I was itred afterwards. Otherwise I stop driving at around the 8 hour mark and thats how we plan our over the roads around 350+/- miles depending on traffic clogs.
