A sanctuary absolutely.

The TC gets pulled out every spring and moved to the driveway for easy acess and loading. The house is often too hot so I end up spending half the summer sleeping in it....I'm thinking of adding a 26 " flat screen this summer!! Nothing like an instant man cave!

Do I think of my camper as a sanctuary? Not really.

Although, I'm single and live alone so...

It will be my Woman Cave for sure. All the Lifetime channel, CNN, WNBA, Venus and Serena, occasional Danica Patrick, and LPGA golf I can stand without interruption...

Cheers!

We do spent a lot of time in it, listening to tunes or watching TV. It is nice and quiet.

Yup, very relaxing inside the TT. I'll go out there sometimes and read the paper, or just sit.

Is that what it is? When i havnt been out there for a while-open the door to put something away or get...ahh just so inviting got to pause and sit for a minute. Past trips and memories associated I guess, something.

We lost power early one night at the house- lit the lanterns for Margaret, finally I went to the camper plugged in a dvd, laid up in the bed...listen to the rain-this is nice-fell asleep..woke up power was back on. But that was nice. Thought I should do this more often-but never have.

This thread/topic has come up occasionally in the past.

I find it a great sanctuary. Surrounded by trees, birds, the smell of the forest, no traffic noise (in or out of the camper). I do some of my best work in the truck camper parked out on the property!
