On our trip we will be stopping in Las Vegas. We don't gamble or drink but I want to walk through the casinos and see all the beauty.
Do you have any suggestions for an RV Park Campground.
Your help has been awsome. I'm booking the San Francisco today. You all are great!!

If you are just stopping for one night you might consider the Circus Circus KOA. Just a large paved area with full hookups and a few (very few) trees, but on The Strip within walking distance of several casinos.

you don't say what your rv is.
one thing that might make a difference is. your rv must be 10 years old or newer to park in
las vegas. i was told once this is a fire marshal restriction and don't think it apples to all of clark county.
over nighting in parking lot might get by but not sure you can check into a camping court.

Look into the Oasis RV park.....heard good things about it....it's West of the strip off of Las Vagas Blvd....I think it has a shuttle service to get you into the strip.

Really? I find this very hard to believe.

Even though this RV Park doesnt get much notice, if you are staying just a night or two and wanting to see some sights....I think the downtown area has quite a bit to offer. The RV Park is Main Street Station, their rates are in the less than 20 buck range, the sights to see are all the redone casino's in the Downtown area and the "Fremont Experience". I spent New Years at this CG and although it doesnt add up to an RV resort in any shape or form...its within a easy walk to all that is Downtown Vegas. Have fun either way !

We are at Lake Mead now but will be moving to Sam's Town RV park in a few days. My understanding is that they run a shuttle to Harrah's until 8pm.

We stayed at Sam's a few years back and the shuttle goes to both downtown and the strip! Oh and I agree you need to see the Fremont experience, great fun young or old!

took me a while to find my notes.
this apples to month to month stays and longer and is a 10 year wire and fire hazard for the plug and cord on vehicle.
for over night and weekly rates doesn't apply
we had gotten caught up in this when we wanted to winter there a couple of years ago
would have more of effect on snow birds
may be some one from las vegas will be able to clear this up better.
