Friday night is pizza night in our house.....it is also the night we are usually heading out with the camper. So take-n-bake in the camper oven! Works pretty well. Needed to learn how not to burn things though.
Thanksgiving we visited family and brought along our camper. DW whipped up her famous sweet potato bake in the camper and upstaged everyone cooking in the house.

IMO, it's personal preference. Some people will tell you it's a waste of space and those of us that use it won't say that. We use our oven and when it's not in use it stores a few items so in a way it's always in use.
Hi
We use ours a lot---especially when camping in the cold--may as well cook if we are going to burn gas in the furnace !!!!
We also use a pizza stone above the burner---makes a HUGE difference to cooking without burning the bottom of everything !!
What is an air baking sheet ????
We also discovered Bisquick when on our US Road Trip-----very versitile stuff to have in the camper -can do lots of different things with it----I reckon we should have a thread with all its uses !!!??
