Our past trailers all had ovens in them and we used them almost every trip. My wife really missed not having the oven option in our last Hallmark, She liked to bring up at least one frozen homemade dinner on a weekend trip.
It seems that she to likes to relax and drink a glass of wine while dinner is being made, instead of working on a weekend vacation.

Wouldn't a dutch oven work too???
Just curious. Then you could also use the dutch oven on the campfire in the summer when you want the heat outside...
Just a thought...

These things don't have electronic ignition??!!
I do have a dutch oven. Bag of briquettes. Chimney. Big tongs. (I think I'm at the size of an RV oven already.) I'd like to master it someday, but not when I'm hungry.

I don't recall ever using the oven in either of my campers, but I did use the range top and microwave a lot.

We use it every day.
@Super_Dave: Thanks for that idea. I will copy that this season.
@MKish: No electronic ignition, at least not on the standard Atwood / Suburban contraption. It is a bit of an acrobatic exercise. Very old-fashioned.
Best regards

We used ours all the time. For cooking and for keeping stuff warm while cooking for a family of 4.
