Where are you finding 6 volt batteries with an amp-hour capacity of 450 amp-hours each? Amps in series DO NOT add. So a 232 amp-hour six volt battery in series with another 232 amp-hour six volt battery equals a 12 volt battery with 232 amp-hours.

Ha...I didn't know that. I'm pretty green. Do the amps for two 12V add up? I assume so. Four 6v would double up too, right? (12v system)
