There you go!!
Every....every manufacturer has their issues.
With that we p/u our new Jayco Pinnacle on March 15th and will give it a thorough go through...but I would...and anyone should...do that no matter what they purchase.

And all these comments about Jayco's good service amount to diddly squat to the original poster if Jayco doesn't fix his roof.
Things like cabinets are fairly cheap to replace. Fixing the roof could be expensive. This is where you see what Jayco's customer service is really like.

Or for that matter, anyone's customer service -- from Reese hitches to Sikorsky helicopters. There are certain repairs that are going to be painful for any manufacturer. What they do in those cases is the true test of their customer service. I seriously doubt that Jayco is alone in this.

I have a older 95 jayco and love it but I got it cheap and then I replaced the roof, the AC and a few other things. the quality of this unit is good. I have seen the pics of the OP's problem and JAYCO should fix this, after all its a new unit!!! JMO

I'm going down there later today and should know more then, in the mean time I have emailed the pix to the company who makes the roof material and am waiting their reply.

We had a 2003 Jayco 325BHS with lots of small debris including what appeared to be a 6 penny nail laying on it's side beneath the rubber membrane. Dealer called Jayco and they offered nothing. We were given a tube of Dicor roof sealant which I puddled oover the nail before it wore thru.
Although we loved the floorplan, and bought because of the Jayco reputation, were were not happy with the unit and would not buy another Jayco product. I believe our Jayco was one of their infamous 3rd shift units back when the economy was good and manufacturers were in the "hurry up" mode.

Not what I would want to do, but placing a small piece of Eternabond on top of any "junk" under the roof would IMHO virutally gaurentee it willl never leak.

Nothing yet from either the dealer nor the roof material manufacturer. Waiting patiently.
