We are witnessing front & side graphics peeling and find that this is a problem with many Keystone R/V's. Our 2008 Montana, 3665RE started to peel a few months ago. The unit is garaged when not in use, never power washed or waxed on any of the graphics.
Yes, the internet forums are full of articals on unhappy R/V'ers with graphic peeling problems..Some state that they just remove them and leave them off, others atate that the Manufactures provided them with new graphics free of charge, others state that the manufactures never respond to their calls. Burlington Graphics appears to be the prime graphic provider and was providing them per their web-site link for graphics replacement, this link is now removed from the burlingtongraphics.com web-site.
Question is, does anyone have any up to date info on resolution of this graphic peeling problem?
The large Montana name across the upper front and some of the mountain graphics are peeling..Not good advertisement for Keystone..

My buddy's going through the same issue,he's getting the whole thing custom painted this spring.If keystone doesn't care about you,why care about them??? If it were me i'd peel their name right off and replace it with "Keystone was too cheap to replace their cruddy product brand" and send them a picture then see how long it takes for them to care about you!

Unfortunately it is true, MPI_Mallard if I had the $$$ I would do exactly that!!!! I have gone through the ordeal of conversing with the manufacture but our unit is 2009 and noticed and reported it to our dealer that month after the 1st year and the dealer fought for us. It took forever but it was fixed at no cost to us... Since the replacement of what was pealing I now have the rear name peeling on one side... Now that is going to be my problem...

I have owned a 2003, 2006, and a 2010 Montana and all of them have had some of the graphics replaced. The 2010 has a 3 yr. warrantee on the graphics and the dealer has a new Mountain scene ordered now. It cracked over the winter. I have a full body paint Landmark ordered which this will not happen on it. Just getting this replaced before the new one arrives. RV companies have a problem with there decals.

Wonder what the impact will be on resale value and sales for Keystone products?

Read this regarding Keystone Graphics (Made by Burlington Vinyl Graphics). It's a March 2011 RV.Net blog concerning what to do...

The topic of peeling graphics (especially on the 2088-2010 models) is a popular one. The Montana Owners Club http://www.montanaowners.com/ has a ton of information on anything related to Montana. Membership is free and I think you will find it an invaluable information source from people who own the same unit as you.

The most recent information pertaining to peeling graphics is that Keystone does care and wants to hear from you. Here is a recent posting from a member who had trouble finding the right contact at Keystone. I copied Keystone's response which includes the information you will need.

================================================================

I have received and reviewed the below information, after searching my entire email database, I have not received any emails in regards to this RV VIN# XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. May I ask which email address did you send to? Can you forward me the 3 requests you have sent? It is very important to me to know how they did not get to me. I do respond to all emails and phone messages as received within 2 business days at the latest.

I do apologize as I understand it is frustrating to not hear back, however you can reach us by phone at 866-425-4369. We have nine agents live to help you Monday thru Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-3. I will need some more information to proceed with the review of the decals. I have listed that information below.

Please submit pictures of the peeling decals to email ownerrelations@keystonerv.com. Once we receive the pictures we will review the information and contact you within 2 business days with results. Please include name, address, phone # pictures, VIN#, and brief description of the area that the decals are peeling. If you have any questions or concerns at this time please let me know.
Thanks,

Carl n Susan: nice info. I have alway found Keystone reponsponsive to any reasonable request I have made. Both my old tt and my current 5er are from them. I had problems with the graphics on my 2006 tt and they took care of it very promply.

Another alternative is to have a local graphics company reproduce the logo using higher quality vinyl. It is a simple process and results in a replacement that will outlast your rig.

I have a 2010,about 4-6 months after warrantee notice my graphics pealing.Dealer told me it was out of warrantee and I might have better luck call keystone myself,after a couple of calls they said they would be happy to supply new decals but I would have to pay to have them installed,I said that was unacceptable and was put on hold for 5 mins and then told they would pay to have them installed also.They didn't give me any trouble or hard time.Very pleased with thier customer care...
