I have had two Thetford 70200 Sani-Con Macerators over the past 5 years on two different coaches. On my first coach I had to take the unit apart 3 times and clean the impellers as something plastic like was cauisng the impellers to stop working. I purchase many parts directly from Thetford during this time period and repaired the Sani-Con myself.

After speaking with Theford at great lenghts we discovered after the 3rd failure that the Toss-Ins made by Theford were not dissolving completely and that the material around the chemical was clogging up the impellers. Once Thetford discovered this they sent me a new 70200 Macerator to replace mine.

I have installed the new 70200 Macerator in my new 2011 Tiffin Allegro Bus and of course no longer use the Theford Toss-ins. I have had no problems with my new unit and I still have lots of parts left over just in case I have any issues.

If you want parts order them directly from Thetford as they are much less than ordering from a dealer. I have checked replacement prices with LeMesa RV, RV Connection and AAA in Sacramento and Thetford is always less at their full retail price. It appears the dealers are eally overcharging for these parts.

Here is a sample price of the parts I have from Thetford and also from one of the dealers.

70476 - Sani-Con Gasket Shurflo (Between Pump & Blades) - Thetford $15.14 - Dealer $18.50
70407 - 3" Adaptor 45 Degree - Thetford $21.57 - Dealer $26.34
70415 - O Ring Round Large - Thetford $2.95 - Dealer $3.82
70466 - 90 Degree Discharge Assembly 1/2" - Thetford $49.77 - Dealer $54.13
70429 - 1"x3" Discharge Tubing - Thetford $12.50 - Dealer $14.21
70467 - GWBP 5" Hose - Thetford $31.25 - Dealer $33.60
70432 - Mounting Box - Thetford $62.97 - Dealer $76.99
70402 - Nozzle Cap - Thetford $5.76 - Dealer $7.04

Hope this helps! If you want any further information send me a private message.

If all you need is an impeller and gasket...go HERE, it's only 19 bucks. Now, if you need the entire kit including the housing, go HERE. It will set you back about 50 bucks.....new pump is about $140.00.....Dennis
