What Travel Trailer, new or used, would you recommend for someone that needed to live in for $15,000(ish) or less?

Build quality wise how does the Arctic fox compare to the forest river?

I think it's a little small for living in. The only thing I couldn't tell about was the table. There is one shown in the floor plan that I can't see in any of the pictures. Looks like you are meant to sit on the sofa and eat at the table.

I would want a separate dining area--dinette or table/chairs for living in.

How about this one, used?

Or this one?
although the decor is not my favorite, you might like it.

and I really like this one.

For 15,000 your options are pretty much wide open. You are no doubt looking at used for that money but when buying used the current condition is FAR more important than who manufactured it. Look any proposed trailer over and find one that has high enough CCC to handle all of your possessions that will travel with you (for a live aboard) and one that has solid wood cabinets (screwed and glued) and residential style hardware (latches, drawer slides etc). Looks like a very nice travel trailer but apparently your idea of a "liveaboard" is quite a bit different than mine. That's OK becasue everyone has different NEEDS so as long as that one fits yours, no problem. I'd be looking at that Arctic Fox (five or six years old) for a comparison though. Good luck / Skip
