Their are several units on the market with this same floor plan.. We looked at the KZ Stone Ridge 38 FL but did not like it due to no or very little closet space in the bed room.
Good luck..

Great floorplan, pretty much a copy of the Montana 3750FL, but that's what the manufacturers do. When one gets a very popular one they all copy but put there tweeks on it. You'll love it. Both of the sofas in ours convert to full sized air beds and very comfortable. It is like a bunkhouse but functional when the bunks are not needed. The bathroom gets quite a bit smaller with the enclosure. You shouldn't have any problems with the refrigerator in the slide if it is only electric with no propane line.
The hardest part is parting with the amount of money it takes to purchase one.

IB516. I am glad you like this plan. Woodwork certainly looks nice. But things that would concern me are that there is no picture window in the front living area. Does this make the living area DARK? And of course with REAR living trailers you back in most sites to see the view out the rear picture windows. But with FRONT living, the picture window is only in the rear bedroom. And none in the front living room. You can only see the view out the rear bedroom picture window. And from most back in sites that is where the view is.
Another thing to consider is if the residential fridge is right for you. If it does not run on propane, if boondocking you'll need to run the gen to keep the fridge cold. And as posted, I wouldn't like the pantry and fridge so far away from the counter and cooking area.
I would not be so concerned about the frame issue. But then again, I would not expect Forest River to take any better care of you than Keystone did.

I'm a CC Daydreamer owner and comlpetely thrilled with our rig and Forest river but i'm not crazy about this layout,i hate to say it but the montana FL layout is better for the way they laid out the head,it's reall usefull and the having both doors facing the right side gives more of a seperateed "feel" to the rig overall so when entertaining the access to the head is better than having to go through the front of the trailer. Also there is too little counter space and an island would fix this.

Heartland Bighorn 3855 FL
I saw my first Front Living 5'r at the Seattle RV show last week. I really liked the front living layout. A fully enclosed bath like the Cedar Creek would be my preference.
Heatland has a good reputation around here. I have no idea where they get or make their frames.

That is a different floorplan. I prefer rear lounge floor plans. But I do like the uniqueness of that floor plan. Is there enough natural light in the front living room?

There must be something wrong with the Heartland Bighorn layout??? It actually looks like there is enough room on both sides of a King Size Bed for a person to get in and make the bed. How cool is that?
