Some great ideas on this list. With Thanksgiving a few days away I thought I would give this a timely bump and see if more ideas come to the surface. The goal was non-filling healthy appetizers that leave plenty of room for gorging on turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, rolls, butter, wine, pie and coffee once sit down time rolls around.

Sure, they will fill you up, but shorlty afterwards, an hour or two, and you'll be hungry again. You will have ingested fewer calories and lots of fiber over other choices of chips, salsa, etc.
Just wondering if you post any of your nutrition info on the internet...
Has anyone suggested a Caprese Salad or Caprese Skewers? I just started marinating my Caprese Salad and it would be so easy to pop onto a skewer for a super appetizer. I don't go to a lot of trouble with my salad marinade. I just use a bottled dressing for the marinade. This time it was Wish Bone Mediterranean Vinegrette. I also added green olives and some Colby/Jack cubes this time because I had them at the house.
