I just made ours. I admit they are a little comical and obviously hand made. But, I think it makes them quaint. Just used a wooden plaque from Hobby Lobby, acrylic paints, and a good coating of spray sealant.

I made ours, piece of wood from Hobby Lobby, some hooks, and a wood burner. No last names, just first names....and a little can of clear coating. It works well for us.
