Has anyone that has ordered the 2012 RV Roadtrip Navigator CD received it yet? Ordered it in November and last inquiry was told it would ship mid February.

I am still waiting for mine, too. Their first email response to me was that delivery would be in mid February. When that came and went I emailed them that I was not a happy camper. Their response was that delivery was now expected at the end of February. They offered to cancel the order and refund my money. I am starting to think I might take them up on the offer.

I was told it will be the end of February. If we do not get it by the first week of March we will probably get our money refunded. They have kept our money for four months and we are well into the year that we bought it for. It better be good!

No sign of mine either. When I bought it they said it would be 4 weeks, its been 5 now. My credit card was charged almost immediately. Hope it comes soon.

I received an email from Undertow Software saying that the 2012 Roadtrip Navigator is ready to be shipped, so hopefully we will receive ours soon.

I ordered the upgrade version from undertow, on Friday, and got confirmation that it was shipped and will be here by Wednesday.
