Got my upgrade version today. Saved a couple of bucks. Installed it without a hitch (it even asked me if I wanted to and transferred all my trip files, personal campgrounds and my journal pictures over from the TL-2011 version). I'm a happy camper (pun intended) :-)

I also took a look at their user forum (www.undertowsoftware.com/forums) and they seem to have quite a collection of free POI files that can be used with the program - you don't even have to register to download them, nice :-)

I finally received my RV Roadtrip Navigator on March 17 after waiting 2 months. Not too impressed with their non-notification of the delay, nor their not fixing a campground location error that I had reported to them last year. Although I find the program useful for trip route planning, there are too many campgrounds missing from their database.

I reported a couple of such problems last year, too, and they fixed one, but not the other. I have just found another problem and this time I reported it directly to the software company that wrote the program instead of TL. Let's see if they are any more responsive.
BTW, I always wondered how they decided what campgrounds to include. I think that all the ones on their thick book are on the DVD, but how do they decide which ones to include and which not to. Does anyone know?

Download a program called Wineskin (It's at Sourceforge). You can install the Trailer Life into it and run it on a Mac.
YMMV FWIW.

Ours just arrived. Will be installing shortly and have a review soon after that. I have used Streets and Trips from Microsoft for years.

Thanks Ski, I was under the impression there wasn't a way to get around the problem other than loading Windows on my Mac. I'll give it a try.
