You want it.

You crave it.

You can't live without it.

Your life will be instantly better if you own one.

Your hair will grow fuller and vitality will be restored to you.

It's only money!

You work hard and have earned it!

If you don't buy it, someone else will!

It may be the last one EVER!

Picture your friends and neighbors looking at your new Jayco and being full of envy and lust!

Camping in your new Seneca will be a near religious experience.

Other campers will think "How smart and Handsome that Jayco owner is!"

Whew! Hope that did it...that's the best I could come up with!

P.S.-It's ugly too!

Thanks for the help! What is the issue with the roof? - I did not look at the roof at the show. I will NOT be buying before July (too many other things going on) and would try buying used first, but wanted to get some "ammo" (information) to shoot at sellers/dealers first.

Things to consider-

No air ride

Underpowered engine and minimum trans

Low towing capacity

Miniature wheels and tires

Jayco's total lack of quality and workmanship

Jayco built this to replace the old Seneca on the much lower priced Kodiak chassis. They have cut every corner to reduce the price and it shows. Carefully check every spec and hold them to it and do an extensive test drive on every type road and situation. Good Luck

I open handy door to entertainment center to plug in my air compressor, etc.
The EC came with a junky Emerson AM/FM/CD player that didn't work, Fleetwood would not upgrade. I replaced it with a decent JVC unit that did work. Couldn't receive AM well, added a marine wire type antenna behind the entertainment center, can receive local AM and FM stations . Would need a better ground plane antenna setup for better AM reception. Nice to have tunes outdoors and coax connector for TV if wanted. Outdoor shower is handy for washing dogs, muddy shoes and feet, and for cooling off.

Get a price quote from RV Direct and take it to the dealer to be able to negotiate about 33% off the sticker price.

I looked at a 2012 Jayco Seneca 37RB at an RV show over the weekend and loved it all but the price! We currently are 5th wheelers, but are looking at going to a motorhome. Any Jayco Seneca 37RB owner's comments, opinions, and advice is welcome and desired! Does anyone REALLY use the outdoor entertainment center? I think it would be an option I could well do without.
I certainly Would, If I had one, maybe not all the time, but on occassion.

Don't---Stop, that is the best I can do. If that didn't work then go to rvdirect.com, build the same unit, get the price quote, use that to negotiate a better price and lessen the instant depreciation hit. Hope this helps you out.

I have an 07 and am very pleased with it........ that being said, there is a world of difference between the new ones and the older ones. Have not heard of any problems with the roof on the 12s, do a lot of checking of the unit first, we have an outside radio, but have only used it 2 times, I think it comes standard on newer units. there are a lot of the newer super 'C' that look good..... ck them out and see what ones would fill the bill for you......

IF I were going to spend that kind of money, I'd look for a USED Class 'A'.

Built more like a bus, Rear engine....... less noise.
Air Ride,,,,,,, better ride
much more storage.
Frame and roof built properly for weight and weather.

And can you say DEPRECIATION? Off the curb $s on that much money New, makes me shudder.

If you HAVE to have a Super C, buy it used. Unless of course you have 'Money to burn'.
