Well, the truck decision has been made. In the end I have come to realize the wife wants it probably as much as I do. Here in the remote area we live in driving a 4x4 truck is as much a gal thing as it is a guy thing. I will probably have to arm wrestle her for the keys. As long as we are in agreement on the deal, and we are, I don't expect any problems. We finally decided life is short, the clock is ticking, I have already had one health event, time to get on with it. So we are. DW is starting her SS soon, that will go into a travel/fun account keeping the house running financially is my job, so off we go. Should have it in a week or so, the color I insisted on will have to be located, as will all the accessories to dress it up as I wish. All posts were greatly appreciated. Overkill, probably, not smart financially, yea, but as posted previously posted I'm just doing my patriotic duty!
