My dad had one like that it had extra tall cabover with E W sleeping for mom & dad and a N S bunk on each side above them. It was huge with a side door.

Most likely that was Kamp King's huge sky lounger. They even made one where the top roof section folded up on the cabover and had a wall with sliding glass doors that turned the roof into an upstairs patio.

They used to market them for 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks, and in the majority case of the time, the 1-ton was a single rear wheel

Yup, much like the Snap-N-Nap (Amerigo's name for it) in the rear, it was all hard walled.

It's a Del Rey Sky Lounge Tri-Level, the rarest of Rare Truck Campers.
