We are at Sunflower RV Resort. It is a http://www.cal-am.com/resorts/resorts_details.php?resorts_id=14 with a lot of activities. It is pricey. But we like it. We have looked at other parks and the fitness center here is the best we have seen, free weights, weight machine, treadmills, bikes and eliptical trainers. We workout there at least 3 x per week. They also have exercise classes from easy stretching to kickboxing. There is a hiking club as well as a biking club. No shortage of things to do, silversmith, leather, wood carving, sewing, quilting, cards and lots of free and pay entertainment. There is no associalted golf course but there is plenty of golfing around. It is on the west side of Pheonix in Surprise. Lots of shopping and everything one could need. This is our 3rd winter here and we will be back next year. Have talked to others who have been to various other parks and they say this is the best. Big sites. Add $20/mon. for water and you will have to pay electric. If we don't use A/C or heaters it runs about $50. Not cheap, but nice. They have a fall special where you get 3.5 months for under $1000. I guess they will continue that for winter 2012. Any questions, PM me. I'll try to remember to check my messages here.
