I am trying to determine what I should do for extended mirrors for my 2010 gmc sierra 1/2t, I have power and heat on my current mirrors, if I purchase aftermarket mirrors with power, heat and turn signal will they plug in and work they way they should or will I need to do some wiring to get the turn signal up to the mirrors? I would assume the heat and power will work?

I have read that the aftermarket OEM towing mirror clones will plug right in and have the signal work too. The only complication comes from if you have memory seats/mirrors, which you do not.

I had the power vision mirrors installed on my 2007, just had to order the right head that includes what your truck has and it plugs right in. The only function that was a bit off was the different drivers options for seat and mirror auto adjustments.
