We looked at Landmark. But did not think they were even close to being as good as the Carriage units.
May have to give them one more look. But for us we thought the Cardinal was way ahead of the Landmark units.
Also posted this on one of your post. But the one that closes most post shut it down right after I made it. So if you can give us a report when you get the new unit in.

I will be happy to report on the 2013 Landmark when we get it in about 2 more weeks. it is leaving the assembly line Thursday and going to the paint shop on Friday for the new Chocolate Full Body Paint. We looked at the Carriage when we bought the Montana in 2010 and finally decided to put a little more money in a camper at this time and the Landmark or Heartland has really improved over the past 3 years. Lots of Forums are closed on here for no reason.

Heartland as spent a lot of time listening to their owners, who told them what they needed to do to complete in the higher-end, fulltiming market...the new Landmarks show that they have paid attention! If you haven't looked at them recently...they truly deserve another look.

We took delivery of our 2012 Landmark San Antonio 2 weeks ago and we are in heaven with this unit. What a step up from our 2010 keystone Outback 282FE. And to top it all off we got roughly 33% off MSRP.

Ford Man...tried to send you a PM but can't do that. Regardless, we also have shopped all the rigs mentioned above. I believe you made an excellent choice!

I got about 36% off of MSRP then was given a great allowance for the trade in on the Montana.

We looked at a LANDMARK SAN ANTONIO along with a key largo, Wife loves the Key largo. I like the San Antonio, plus it has a better price with backup camera also. Will go back and look at the cardinal again. Marilyn wants to look at it again. We both still like the Cardinal, but just not sure right now.

We liked the Key Largo but it was a few inches longer from the rear wheels to the rear and it was just enough too long that it would not fit into our steep driveway. The Grand Canyon was our first choice anyway because of the floor plan and the large upper slide out. We looked at a lot of 5th wheels and I think the only one better than the Landmark would probably be the Mobile Suites but the weight was even too much for the 2011 F350 PSD DRW which is rated for about 22,000 lbs. The hitch weight on the Mobile Suites is so heavy.
Waiting on the Grand Canyon hopefully to arrive toward the end of next week. It is in the paint shop now for the Full Body Paint.

There is a pretty big price difference between the Landmark's & Cardinal!
