Mobile Suites GVWR is 19K, unloaded they are close to 16K. I think the Newmar Kountry Aire is at 20K with some up to 21K GVWR.

New Horizon makes what they call a Majestic series of fifth wheels. Unloaded weight is 19,550 and it has a GVWR of 24,530.

No bolting required, just slip it down the B&W hole and pin goes through. Then drop the Curt Q5 20k lb hitch we already had into the rail slots and we are ready to go. We have a Voltage V3900 which is 19k lb GVWR and is almost like the 3905. I have not towed it with this truck yet but hopefully will soon. I will try to take some pictures tomorrow and post them.

Is there a way to cinch the adaptor down like a Companion with the tightening bolt and U bolts around the insert?

It does not use the U bolts at all. Here is a couple of pictures with it connected to the Toy Hauler.

I use the Companion with my trailer-
GVWR is 21k and I have had it heavier.

I considered a new hitch but the B&W is the bomb!

You should consider a new hitch because the Companion is only rated at 18k per their site.
