Please advise if you have crossed the border with 3 dogs and if they requested anything different (permits, etc).
Also can anyone tell me if they will accept 3 dogs at The Reef.

No prob at the border as long as you can provide health certs. The rv park could not care less how many animals you have as long as you clean up after them

Even in the parks that have restrictions in the number of pets, it's usually just a case of "if you are a pain or a hassle, we have a rule, and can ask you to leave." It's simply a case of being a responsible pet owner! Even in several of the higher end parks that have written rules about the number of pets, it's enforced if there is an issue, not just because.
