hi all camping season is here been outtwice so far now planning a week trip dw wants to go to the redwoods near cresent city ca can anyone tell a good campground there we plan on some time in m\ay thanks happy trails

Bayside RV Park near the Crescent City Harbor. Full hookups, 34-34'.
Sunset Harbor RV Park up to 40' RV.
Jedediah Smith, up to 36' (no hookups)and a stunningly beautiful place!
And Crescent City Redwoods KOA is nice with no length restrictions.
Stout Grove by the Smith River...very old growth Redwoods.

KOA was very nice, they even made up tour maps and directions that were great. A bonus was that they actually have a large stand of Redwoods in the back of the park that some smaller units can camp in but at least it is nice to walk there. Maybe just me but some of those parks by the docks are a little scary as they contained many full time residents.
