We will be visiting family in Hatboro, PA. Need to know which campground would be best "Oak Grove Park & Sales, Inc." vs. "Village Scene RV Park" in Hatfield, PA.
How long will you've visiting? Those places you mentioned seem to be long term places. If it is only a few days you could park at the Walmart off of Blair Mill road. I have seen rvs there for over a week. That would be the closest and it is 24 hour We don't have any really close campgrounds. Could you park in their driveway? Pm me if you would like info on the area
We've stayed at Oak Grove Park and Sales. They have an area for short term visitors as well as a large long term area. Nice size spaces and all utilities. We would return.
Oak grove seems to be getting trashy. Rigs crammed in wherever they can fit them, dogs, noise. Let us know what you find. The choices in that neck of the woods are limited.

Another option, but further away is Timberlane Campground in Clarksboro, NJ. It is right off I 295. It is about a 20 min drive (avoiding rush hour) into Philly. Getting to Hatboro will add some time. Lots of folks use this cg as a home base when visiting the Philly area.

Last June we stayed at the Phil/West Chester KOA in Coatesville, Pa. As I recall they had a van that took campers into the Philly and surrounding countryside to visit historic sites. Campground is on a hilltop, very quiet, full hookups, nice amenities, not expensive. It is out in the countryside off the beaten path but we had no trouble getting there in our 30' C. There were several class A's present as well. It took about 20 minutes for the van driver to get us into the city and drop us off for site seeing.
