That guy is putting himself and anyone near him at a high risk. Five years ago something heavy flew off the roof of a pickup as it passed me and caved in the right rear 1/4 panel and window on my Tahoe.The tahoe had $5,000 damaqe good insurance covered it all but for $250.What hurt the most was the fact that he was not allowed on the parkway with anything tied to the roof. Had this hit the windshield it would have killed me. Think saftey first!
